DELIVERY POLICY

FREE DELIVERY* ON ALL ORDERS $50+!
Standard delivery is FREE on all orders $50+, via USPS Priority or First Class Mail.



1. Delivery Notifications

You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been dispatched - this email contains the tracking number so you can track it online right to your door.

2. Delivery timescales
 
If order is placed before 2 pm PST, subject to passing necessary checks, your order will be shipped the same day to be received the following day (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). Orders received just after 2pm are also often dispatched the same day although this is not guaranteed.

Orders processed on Friday after 2pm will be shipped Monday.

There will be no Saturday or Sunday shipments, unless otherwise noted via a customer service representative.

VillageProps.com & OPFOR Solutions, inc does not currently open on bank and public holidays. Orders received on these days will be dispatched the next working day.

In the event of a delay, VillageProps.com will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this.

2.1 International deliveries
 
International shipping is calculated during checkout. There will be no delivery timescale for International orders, unless chosen by a carrier that provides tracking number. This is generally between 10 - 20 working days. Orders outside of the U.S. may have a delivery charge which is calculated in the checkout process after you select your country.

Please note that certain items have shipping restrictions, and this is shown on the product page. Please refer to clause 6.10 of the Terms and Conditions regarding deliveries to locations in other countries besides North America.

3. Postage method

All orders over and equal to $50+ qualify for free First Class & Priority Mail, which is usually delivered by USPS.

For orders under $50, your delivery charges will be calculated during checkout, which means delivery is usually on the day following dispatch, but in rare circumstances can be take a few days.  You also have the option in the checkout process to select Express Delivery for £2 extra, or 9 am delivery for £6 extra.

For deliveries to address in EU Member States other than UK (where delivery service is provided by Watch Shop Logistics Ltd), Watch Shop Logistics Ltd will make a charge to you for its delivery services. This payment will be collected by Watch Shop Ltd and remitted to Watch Shop Logistics Ltd on your behalf. In reflection of the fact that Watch Shop Logistics Ltd is making a separate charge to you provision of delivery services, Watch Shop Ltd will discount the selling price of your purchase by an amount corresponding to the price charged by Watch Shop Logistics Ltd for the free (Royal Mail) delivery service option.

4. Missed deliveries

If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave you a card to notify you of the missed delivery attempt.  This will allow you to either telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect it from your local sorting office.  Due to security reasons, all items sent by our 'Express' delivery method require a signature.

If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then Watch Shop Ltd and Watch Shop Logistics Ltd will inform you immediately by email as soon as Watch Shop Ltd and Watch Shop Logistics Ltd receive the item.  From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to redispatch the item or for you to cancel the order.  Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, Watch Shop Ltd and Watch Shop Logistics Ltd reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.

5. Late deliveries or dispatch

Although Watch Shop Ltd and Watch Shop Logistics Ltd are able to ship almost every order in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one extra day.  Watch Shop Ltd and Watch Shop Logistics Ltd regret that this situation can occur occasionally, and is an unfortunate situation which is naturally associated with buying online, however this only occurs in rare situations and, should this occur, your order is marked for urgent delivery the following day.

The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem.  This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control.  In these situations, Village Props will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

5.1 Consequential loss for late deliveries

If a delivery is late, e.g. the postal service fails to deliver within the guaranteed timescale, then Village Props will provide a refund of any delivery charges that were charged to you.  If the delivery was free, Village Props do not provide financial compensation to cover consequential losses, e.g. Time taken off work to receive deliveries, or the item is intended as a gift, and you purchase the same item from a more expensive retailer. 

6. Delivery to business addresses

VillageProps.com allow delivery to alternate delivery addresses including business addresses and places of work. If you do specify a business address for delivery, please ensure that there will be someone available during normal working hours e.g. at reception who can sign for delivery on your behalf as Royal Mail deliver to the address and not necessarily to the named person.
